Job Role:
We are seeking a highly professional and personable Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff in a fast-paced legal environment. This is a contractual role requiring strong communication, multitasking, and front-office management skills.
Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome clients and visitors with courtesy and professionalism.

Handle incoming calls, emails, and deliveries efficiently.

Maintain the reception area to reflect the company’s standards.

Schedule and coordinate meeting rooms and appointments.

Provide administrative support, including filing, scanning, and data entry.

Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless front-office operations.

Handle confidential information with a high level of discretion.

Assist in coordinating events and managing office logistics as needed.
