Whizz HR is looking for a dynamic and organized Receptionist to join their Dubai-based office. This on-site, full-time position requires a professional with excellent communication, administrative, and office management skills to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and provide exceptional front-desk support.
Key Responsibilities:
Reception Duties:

Greet visitors, clients, and team members professionally and warmly.

Manage all incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.

Schedule meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.

Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
Administrative Tasks:

Organize and maintain digital and physical office files and records.
-
Assist in preparing reports, documents, and presentations.

Support travel bookings, expense reporting, and calendar management.

Help HR with onboarding activities and maintain employee records.

Manage inventory and office supply orders.
Office Management Duties:

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe office environment.

Coordinate with building management, IT support, and service providers.

Monitor and report maintenance issues or facility needs.

Track office budgets and assist in petty cash and invoice handling.
Candidate Requirements:

Previous experience in a receptionist, administrative, or office assistant role.

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Strong communication, interpersonal, and multitasking skills.

Highly organized with the ability to prioritize work effectively.

Professional demeanor and high attention to detail.

Knowledge of basic bookkeeping or HR support is an advantage.
