About Us:

Al Haktur IT Solutions is a trusted provider of innovative IT services and solutions in Dubai. As we grow, we’re looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, helping us create a positive and professional front-desk experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist all visitors and clients with professionalism and warmth.

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages; direct them to the correct departments.

  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area aligned with our brand image.

  • Manage meeting room bookings and coordinate appointments.

  • Process incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.

  • Perform light administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document handling.

  • Maintain visitor logs and issue access badges as needed.

  • Provide support to other departments with clerical duties as required.


Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; training in office administration is a plus.

  • 1–2 years of experience in a receptionist or customer service role, ideally in a corporate or IT setting.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a bonus.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Professional appearance and a pleasant, welcoming attitude.

  • Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities.

  • Calm and composed under pressure, with a proactive mindset.
