ACCEL HUMAN RESOURCE CONSULTANTS is seeking a professional and organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for the company. This full-time on-site position in Dubai requires excellent communication and administrative skills to support smooth office operations.
Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner

Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate departments or personnel

Maintain a tidy and organized reception area

Receive and sort daily mail and deliveries
-
Perform clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, mailing, and data entry

Maintain office supplies and place orders when necessary
-
Keep records of office expenses and costs up to date

Assist in scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments

Provide administrative support to other departments as needed
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Receptionist or similar role

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-
Professional, friendly, and courteous demeanor
-
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
-
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred
