Refresh Hair & Beauty Bar is a British-owned, professional hair and beauty salon located in Townsquare Dubai. We are currently seeking a dynamic and friendly Receptionist to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. This role is ideal for candidates with a warm, professional demeanor and a background in customer-facing roles, ideally within the beauty or wellness industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist clients in a courteous and professional manner
• Handle telephone inquiries with excellent phone etiquette
• Manage bookings and appointments, preferably using Fresha software
• Perform clerical duties such as filing, record-keeping, and managing schedules
• Provide prompt and effective customer service, including handling client concerns or complaints
• Support daily salon operations to ensure a smooth and welcoming environment

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a receptionist or front-desk role, preferably in a salon
• Experience with Fresha software is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Friendly, approachable, and professional attitude
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
