PwC Middle East is hiring a Receptionist for a 3-month contract at their Dubai office. This role is part of the Internal Firm Services and plays a key part in delivering a professional front-of-house experience. You will be the first point of contact for all visitors and callers and support internal operations through various administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
-
Greet and receive visitors professionally

Arrange visitor passes and ensure they are connected with the appropriate host

Coordinate parking assistance and meeting room guidance
-
Answer incoming calls and redirect appropriately
-
Ensure a positive visitor and caller experience
Administrative Support:
-
Assist with visitor check-ins and maintain accurate visitor/caller logs
-
Coordinate external courier services with the mailroom and office admins
-
Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming
-
Support event planning and office organization tasks as needed
-
Assist with general office duties under the direction of the Office Manager
Internal Process & Compliance:
-
Ensure all reception and visitor procedures are followed

Liaise with security as needed

Adhere to PwC internal regulations and administrative standards
Learning and Growth:

Provide high-quality service as a dependable internal team member
-
Build relationships across departments and support cross-functional tasks
Candidate Requirements:
Education:
-
High School Certificate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience:
-
Minimum 3 years of experience in a receptionist or customer service role
-
Prior experience in a professional services firm is an advantage
Skills & Abilities:

Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills
-
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail

Professional telephone etiquette

Ability to work independently and under pressure

Team player with a friendly, warm, and professional demeanor

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

Typing speed of at least 25 wpm
Languages:

Fluent in English (spoken and written)

Arabic is an advantage; French is a plus
