Marriott International is currently hiring a professional and service-oriented Receptionist to join the prestigious Bvlgari Resort Dubai, located on Jumeirah Bay Island. This is a full-time, non-management position suited for individuals who excel at administrative tasks and are passionate about providing world-class hospitality services. The role involves managing front-desk operations, handling guest inquiries, maintaining accurate records, and supporting overall office functions to ensure a seamless guest experience. Key Responsibilities:

Enter and retrieve guest and business information using computer systems and databases.

Manage files, records, and reservations; respond to guest inquiries.

Transmit documents and information using computers, email, or fax.

Draft letters, memos, and other documents using standard office software.

Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including date stamping and internal distribution.

Maintain filing and archiving systems in both electronic and paper formats.

Organize, copy, sort, and file business transaction records.

Operate standard office equipment (excluding computers).

Maintain professional appearance and confidentiality of sensitive information.

Greet and acknowledge guests, anticipate their service needs, and assist disabled individuals.

Answer phones using proper etiquette and language.

Build and maintain positive relationships with team members.

Lift or move items up to 4.5 kg (10 lbs) as needed.

Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Skills Required:

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Proficiency in using office equipment and basic computer software.

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Highly organized and detail-oriented.

Prior experience in a similar administrative or hospitality role is a plus.
