A reputed company in Dubai is seeking a well-presented and professional Receptionist to manage the front desk and provide essential administrative support. This is a full-time, on-site position that serves as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and internal staff. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and organizational skills, along with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.

  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.

  • Ensure the reception area is clean, well-organized, and stocked with necessary supplies (e.g., forms, brochures).

  • Provide accurate information both in-person and via telephone/email.

  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries.

  • Perform general clerical tasks including filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing.

  • Support other administrative staff as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment such as printers and fax machines.

  • Pleasant demeanor and professional appearance.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Additional certification in Office Management or Administration is a plus.

  • Prior experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or in a similar administrative role is preferred.

Compensation and Work Details:

  • Salary Range: AED 4,500 – AED 6,000 per month

  • Job Type: Full-time

  • Work Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
