Job Overview
We are looking for a well-presented and professional Receptionist to join our administration team at our Dubai Headquarters. You will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees—ensuring a warm, organized, and secure front-office environment.
Key Responsibilities

Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner

Answer and direct incoming phone calls and handle inquiries efficiently

Maintain visitor logbooks, issue visitor passes, and ensure security procedures are followed

Keep the reception area clean, orderly, and in line with company standards

Coordinate with internal departments for front-desk related tasks

Maintain and update employee and department directories

Provide general administrative support as needed
Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree (required)
-
1–3 years of relevant work experience in a front office or customer-facing role

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Professional appearance and demeanor
-
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
