Key Responsibilities:

Redirect phone calls based on priority and ensure the correct personnel receives the call.

Update company calendars and schedule meetings to facilitate efficient operations.

Provide accurate information about the company to clients and visitors in a clear and concise manner.

Handle administrative duties such as printing, scanning, and collating documents to support daily office activities.
Skills & Competencies:

Proficient in using MS Office tools to complete various tasks.
