We are looking for a warm, organized, and professional Front Desk Receptionist & Office Coordinator to be the face of our company and the first point of contact for visitors and clients. Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors, clients, and guests with professionalism and warmth

Answer and direct incoming calls, take messages, and manage inquiries

Coordinate appointment scheduling and maintain office calendars

Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, mail, and packages

Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming

Provide general administrative support to various departments

Manage inventory and ordering of office supplies

Assist with additional office-related tasks as assigned
Qualifications & Requirements:

Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer service role preferred

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong multitasking and organizational abilities

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Professional demeanor and polished phone etiquette

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
