Job Description:

We are looking for a warm, organized, and professional Front Desk Receptionist & Office Coordinator to be the face of our company and the first point of contact for visitors and clients. In this full-time role, you’ll play a key part in maintaining smooth front-office operations while providing essential administrative support across departments. If you’re friendly, detail-oriented, and thrive in a dynamic work environment, we’d love to meet you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and guests with professionalism and warmth

  • Answer and direct incoming calls, take messages, and manage inquiries

  • Coordinate appointment scheduling and maintain office calendars

  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, mail, and packages

  • Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming

  • Provide general administrative support to various departments

  • Manage inventory and ordering of office supplies

  • Assist with additional office-related tasks as assigned


Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer service role preferred

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong multitasking and organizational abilities

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Professional demeanor and polished phone etiquette

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

  • Must be based in the UAE
