We are seeking a warm, organized, and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team at SUMMIT 360 CONSULTING. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you’ll play a vital role in shaping the customer experience and supporting our internal teams with administrative and front-desk operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors and clients with professionalism and courtesy

• Provide a positive and welcoming atmosphere in the showroom and reception area

• Direct customers to appropriate departments or staff

• Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently

• Schedule appointments and manage showroom visit calendars

• Support sales team by relaying messages and handling lead data

• Assist with customer orders, payment processing, and issuing receipts

• Maintain and update client records and transaction documentation

• Ensure reception and showroom areas are clean, well-organized, and fully stocked

• Manage mail, courier packages, and office supply inventory

Requirements:

• High school diploma required; college degree is an advantage

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to multitask and maintain a well-organized workspace

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and office management tools

• Detail-oriented and accurate in record-keeping and transactions

• Team player with a collaborative mindset

Compensation:

• Salary: AED 3,500/month (inclusive of all fixed allowances)

• Benefits: As per UAE labor law

Candidate Requirements:

• Must be based in the UAE and available for immediate or short-notice joining
