Job Summary
IIQAF is seeking a proficient Receiving Clerk to support the efficient operations of our quality assurance and finance divisions.
Key Responsibilities

Receive and inspect all incoming shipments from suppliers, verifying quantity and quality

Cross-check deliveries with purchase orders and packing lists

Accurately process shipments into the inventory system
-
Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve discrepancies

Label, tag, and store received items in designated locations

Coordinate with the shipping department for outgoing shipments
-
Maintain records of all shipments
-
Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or damages
-
Assist with physical inventory counts

Follow all receiving and inventory management policies
Qualifications
-
High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary in supply chain/logistics preferred)

1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory systems

Able to work independently and prioritize tasks

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Willingness to learn and adapt

Knowledge of quality assurance and finance principles is a plus
