Job Overview:
We are seeking Real Estate Sales Executives to provide expert advice to clients on buying, selling, and renting properties in the dynamic Dubai real estate market. As a Sales Executive, you will conduct market research, develop effective marketing strategies, and provide excellent customer service to guide clients through their real estate journeys.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Research & Property Valuations:

Conduct thorough market research to provide clients with accurate property valuations and insights into current trends.

Stay updated on local zoning laws, property regulations, and market conditions to offer comprehensive advice.
Client Relations & Advisory:

Guide clients through the buying, selling, or renting process, offering expert advice at every stage.

Negotiate contracts and offers on behalf of clients, ensuring their interests are prioritized and legal requirements are met.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing personalized service to foster loyalty and long-term connections.
Marketing & Property Showings:

Develop tailored marketing strategies to showcase properties effectively, utilizing both digital platforms and traditional methods.

Coordinate property showings and open houses, ensuring they are professionally managed and leave a positive impression.

Assist clients in preparing their properties for sale, offering staging advice and recommendations for improvements.
CRM & Professional Development:

Utilize CRM software to manage client databases, track interactions, and streamline communication.

Participate in ongoing professional development and networking opportunities to enhance expertise and stay connected within the industry.
Desired Candidate Profile:

Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field (preferred).

A valid real estate license, demonstrating commitment to professional standards and compliance.

At least 2 years of relevant experience in real estate sales or property management, showcasing proven success.

Strong knowledge of local real estate markets for informed decision-making.

Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
