Overview:
Prime Luxury Properties is hiring a motivated and experienced Real Estate Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales operations in Dubai’s luxury property market. This role involves managing a high-performing sales team, building client relationships, developing strategic sales plans, and driving business growth.
Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Performance:

Lead, train, and manage a team of real estate sales agents.

Set performance targets and ensure consistent achievement of sales goals.
Client Relationship Management:

Build and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients.

Match client needs with suitable residential and commercial property options.
Market Insight & Property Listings:

Oversee property listings and keep the team updated with price changes, availability, and market shifts.

Stay informed about competitor offerings and new market opportunities.
Sales Reporting & Strategy:

Track sales metrics and prepare performance reports for management.

Analyze results and implement improvements to boost performance.
Contract Management & Closings:

Assist agents in closing deals, negotiating terms, and ensuring proper documentation.

Ensure legal compliance and smooth contract finalization.
Marketing Collaboration:

Coordinate with the marketing team to design effective lead generation campaigns.

Participate in promotional events and contribute to social media and branding efforts.
Compliance:

Ensure all real estate transactions comply with UAE laws and ethical standards.

Maintain professionalism and integrity in all business interactions.
Requirements:
Experience:

Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate sales in Dubai, including 2+ years in a management role.

Demonstrated history of exceeding sales targets.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).

Valid RERA certification is required.
Skills:

Deep knowledge of Dubai real estate market trends.
