Job Description:
Viola Real Estate is seeking a highly driven and experienced Real Estate Sales Manager to lead and grow a dynamic team of property consultants. This leadership role requires a deep understanding of the Dubai real estate market, exceptional leadership and sales abilities, and a strong commitment to achieving personal and team-wide targets.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the sales team, developing strategies to improve performance, and ensuring the team meets both individual and collective sales goals. You will oversee lead distribution, ensure exceptional customer service, and stay updated on market trends, project launches, and pricing across key Dubai communities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of real estate agents to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Develop sales strategies and training programs to onboard new agents and enhance team performance.

• Monitor and enforce performance KPIs, client follow-ups, and CRM usage to ensure efficiency.

• Oversee lead distribution and ensure all leads are handled promptly and professionally.

• Stay updated on key Dubai market trends, project launches, and pricing changes in key communities.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, partners, and high-value clients.

• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback and coaching to team members.

• Represent Viola Real Estate at developer events, property exhibitions, and client meetings as needed.

Salary:
AED 7,000 to AED 10,000 per month, inclusive of fixed allowances.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role within the real estate sector.

• Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, trends, and communities.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to motivate and mentor a sales team to achieve high performance.

• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to monitor performance metrics and adapt strategies accordingly.

• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high professional standards.
