Al Rasikhoon Real Estate is seeking a Real Estate Sales Manager to lead and motivate their Indirect Sales Team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in real estate sales management and a proven track record in team leadership, particularly within a developer or related real estate environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor the Indirect Sales Team, ensuring successful sales performance.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth through agents, brokers, and partnerships.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and clients, ensuring ongoing engagement.

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to capitalize on growth opportunities.

  • Analyze and interpret sales data to inform decision-making and track team performance.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.

  • Prepare reports and presentations for senior management.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in sales, with 4+ years in a management role within real estate, brokerage, or developer sectors.

  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

  • Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software; knowledge of real estate market trends.

  • Arabic proficiency is advantageous.
