Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our dynamic team in Dubai. This pivotal role focuses on driving revenue growth, building long-term client relationships, and executing high-impact sales strategies in one of the world’s most competitive property markets.
The ideal candidate will bring 3–5 years of real estate leadership experience, a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, and the ability to inspire, mentor, and lead a high-performance sales team.
Key Responsibilities:

Strategize & Execute: Develop and implement data-driven sales strategies to achieve business goals.

Team Leadership: Motivate, train, and manage a high-performing sales team, ensuring continuous growth and productivity.

Market Intelligence: Analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and keep ahead of the competitive landscape.

Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with buyers, investors, and key stakeholders.

Performance Optimization: Monitor KPIs, track sales performance, and implement training for team development.

Marketing Collaboration: Partner with marketing to create targeted promotional campaigns and drive qualified leads.

Closing & Negotiation: Lead deal negotiations to maximize revenue and maintain win-win outcomes.

Requirements:

3–5 years of proven sales management experience in Dubai’s real estate market

Strong leadership and team development skills

Deep understanding of real estate trends, investments, and buyer behavior in Dubai

Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities

Proficient in CRM tools and sales analytics platforms

Results-driven and able to thrive under pressure

Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus
