We are looking for a motivated and client-focused Real Estate Sales Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you will assist clients throughout the property buying, selling, and renting processes—providing expert guidance, personalized service, and professional support at every stage of the transaction.

As a Real Estate Sales Consultant, your primary focus will be building relationships, identifying client needs, and closing property deals with efficiency and care. This is a dynamic, commission-driven role ideal for ambitious individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, people-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively generate leads through networking, social media, marketing, and client referrals.

  • Organize and conduct property viewings, market assessments, and client consultations.

  • Assist clients through all stages of buying, selling, or renting properties, ensuring a seamless experience.

  • Prepare and negotiate offers and contracts, working to close deals efficiently and professionally.

  • Stay current with local real estate trends, property values, and legal requirements.

  • Maintain detailed and up-to-date records through CRM systems, with timely client follow-ups.

  • Build long-term client relationships and a strong referral network for continued success.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience in real estate sales or a related customer-facing role is preferred.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.

  • Confident negotiator and creative problem-solver.

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to manage a flexible schedule.

  • Comfortable using CRM tools, MLS systems, email, and digital communication platforms.

  • A positive attitude and passion for helping clients make informed property decisions.
