Job Title: Real Estate Sales Consultant 

Job Description:

Tamm Real Estate, a prominent real estate agency in Dubai, is expanding its team and looking to hire 10 motivated and ambitious Real Estate Sales Consultants to specialize in both off-plan and secondary market properties.

This is a commission-only role designed for self-driven professionals who are eager to thrive in the dynamic Dubai property market. Whether you’re an experienced agent or transitioning from a strong sales background, we provide the tools, training, and support to help you succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell off-plan and secondary market properties in Dubai.

  • Build and maintain client relationships, understanding their needs and providing tailored property solutions.

  • Conduct property viewings and provide professional consultations.

  • Negotiate contracts and close property deals.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals.

  • Advertise and market listings to attract potential buyers and tenants.

  • Qualify clients based on their preferences and investment potential.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written); Arabic or other languages are a plus.

  • 1–2 years of experience in sales; real estate background is advantageous but not mandatory.

  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with excellent time management skills.

  • Confident, presentable, and driven by performance-based income.

  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities.

  • Knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market trends is a plus.
