Key Responsibilities:

Handle property listings, inquiries, and client viewings.

Build and maintain a strong database of buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.

Negotiate property deals and finalize agreements in alignment with company policies.

Stay updated on current market trends, new projects, and competitor activities.

Maintain regular communication with clients to build lasting relationships and generate referrals.

Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Prepare sales reports and update CRM systems accurately.
Requirements:

1–3 years of experience in real estate sales (UAE market preferred).

Strong knowledge of Dubai’s real estate landscape and laws.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus).

Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
