Job Title: Senior Real Estate Sales Consultant 

Job Description:
We are seeking a results-oriented Senior Real Estate Sales Consultant with a proven track record in property investment sales to join our high-performing team. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of the UAE real estate market, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to engage with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and investors. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth, building long-term client relationships, and delivering a premium investment experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement effective sales strategies to attract investors and high-end buyers

  • Drive consistent revenue by meeting and surpassing sales targets

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with HNWIs and investor clients

  • Conduct strategic property consultations and client meetings to assess investment goals

  • Recommend and present suitable real estate options based on client preferences

  • Accompany clients on property tours and provide expert analysis on value and potential

  • Oversee seamless deal closures, including contract execution and payment facilitation

  • Stay abreast of real estate trends, market dynamics, and investment opportunities in the GCC/UAE region

  • Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth operations and enhanced client satisfaction

  • Represent the company at property exhibitions, promotional events, and industry gatherings

  • Analyze sales performance data and create detailed reports for management insights

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field

  • Minimum of 5 years of successful experience in residential real estate sales (developer-side preferred)

  • Strong understanding of the GCC and UAE real estate landscape

  • Native-level fluency in Chinese or African languages is required

  • Proven ability to engage and close deals with affluent clientele

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment

  • Skilled in CRM usage, sales reporting, and customer relationship management

Preferred Candidate:

  • Experience: 4+ years
