Real Estate Sales Consultant

Lumina Properties, a newly established real estate brokerage in Dubai with over 20 years of combined experience, is seeking an experienced Real Estate Sales Consultant. The role focuses on secondary market sales, managing client relationships, conducting property viewings, negotiating offers, and closing successful transactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and manage leads.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.

  • Source, list, and showcase properties to potential buyers.

  • Conduct property viewings and negotiate offers.

  • Prepare all necessary real estate documentation.

  • Stay updated on Dubai real estate trends and regulations.

  • Maintain accurate CRM records (PropSpace preferred).

  • Collaborate with management and marketing teams.

Skills & Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in Dubai real estate.

  • Valid RERA license.

  • Proven sales track record with closed deals and KPIs.

  • Professional communication and negotiation skills.

  • Fluency in English; multilingual abilities are a plus.

  • Valid UAE driving license and access to a car.

  • Familiarity with Dubai communities and property regulations.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field (desirable).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with investor clients, including overseas investors.

  • Strong financial understanding of ROI, yield, payment plans, and investment cases.

  • Excellent personality, confidence, and communication skills.
