Your Role Will Include:

  • 🎯 Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly sales and performance goals

  • 📞 Lead Generation: Proactively source leads through calls, referrals, online platforms, and site visits

  • 📲 Social Media Engagement: Build your personal brand and boost visibility through strategic content

  • 🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Recruitment & Team Building: Help recruit and mentor new agents to grow the team

  • 🏘️ Property Listings: Source and list new properties on platforms like Bayut, Dubizzle, and Property Finder

  • 🤝 Team Collaboration: Support colleagues with knowledge sharing, mentoring, and team-based success

  • 🕒 Consistent Attendance: Attend team meetings, training sessions, and maintain regular office presence

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • UAE Driver’s License preferred
