We are seeking a motivated Real Estate Sales Consultant to manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, for our exclusive portfolio of high-value properties. In this role, you will provide expert guidance to clients and investors, offer tailored property solutions, and build long-lasting relationships while keeping up-to-date with the latest market trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire sales process from initial prospecting through to closing deals.

  • Promote and sell premium, exclusive properties from our high-value inventory.

  • Identify client needs, provide expert advice, and deliver customized property solutions.

  • Conduct property viewings and virtual presentations to clients.

  • Follow up on leads generated through company marketing channels and online portals.

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and investors.

  • Stay updated with the latest market trends, new real estate projects, and competitor activities to remain competitive.

Skills Required:

  • In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and current trends.

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills to close deals effectively.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present and explain property details clearly.

  • Superior customer service skills to create a positive client experience.
