Job Title: Real Estate Sales Consultant 

Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Real Estate Sales Consultant to join our team in Dubai. This role involves developing relationships with potential buyers through various channels such as community activities, advertisements, and direct inquiries. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored property solutions, ensuring they secure the best deals on the market.

As a Real Estate Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for guiding buyers through the property buying process, from initial consultation to closing the deal. You’ll match buyers’ requirements with suitable listings, perform market analyses, and assist with the preparation of legal documents.

You will remain informed about market trends, industry best practices, and new developments, actively building and maintaining a network with key stakeholders such as mortgage lenders, attorneys, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential buyers through community activities, advertisements, and direct inquiries to build a strong client base.

  • Close sales by understanding buyers’ requirements and matching them to suitable properties, demonstrating benefits, relaying offers, and suggesting necessary alterations.

  • Provide professional guidance to buyers, ensuring they purchase property at the best price and terms.

  • Conduct comparative market analysis to estimate property values and provide clients with accurate market insights.

  • Assist in the preparation of necessary paperwork such as contracts, deeds, and closing statements.

  • Build and maintain professional networks with attorneys, mortgage lenders, contractors, and other industry professionals.

  • Stay updated on real estate trends, new projects, and market best practices to offer informed advice to clients.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of the real estate market and industry best practices.

  • Exceptional organizational, time-management, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to understand and match clients’ requirements with suitable property solutions.

  • Experience in off-plan sales with high-end developers or real estate brokerage agencies.

  • Familiarity with conducting comparative market analysis to estimate property values.

  • Ability to build and maintain strong professional networks.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to close sales effectively.
