Al Muheet Real Estate, a Sharjah-based real estate firm, is looking for a motivated and experienced Real Estate Sales Agent to join their full-time on-site team. The role focuses on providing excellent property consultation services to clients looking to buy, sell, or rent real estate. The ideal candidate will bring strong sales acumen, outstanding negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the real estate market in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential or commercial properties

Conduct property viewings and handle client inquiries

Provide consultations based on market trends and property values

Negotiate property sales, rental terms, and lease agreements

Ensure excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships

Keep up-to-date with UAE real estate laws, trends, and Sharjah market insights
Required Qualifications:

Valid Real Estate License

Proven experience in real estate or property management

Strong customer service and persuasive sales skills

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills

Ability to work both independently and in a team environment

Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field preferred

Fluency in Arabic and English is an advantage
