With a reputation for integrity and professionalism, we specialize in providing exceptional property solutions across the UAE. This full-time role will involve working with both residential and commercial clients, helping them find their ideal properties and achieving sales and leasing targets.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Source potential buyers through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts

Client Consultation: Understand client needs and preferences to recommend suitable properties

Property Showings: Arrange and conduct property viewings, showcasing key features

Sales Process Management: Guide clients through the entire sales process, from inquiry to closing

Negotiations: Mediate between buyers and sellers to achieve mutually beneficial agreements

Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor activities

Documentation: Assist clients with preparing and reviewing sales contracts and legal paperwork

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business and referrals

Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets
Required Qualifications & Skills:

Proven track record in real estate sales

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
