Job Title: Real Estate Sales Agent
Job Description:

As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for guiding clients through buying, selling, and renting properties, building strong client relationships, and closing deals efficiently while exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential or commercial properties

Conduct property viewings and provide in-depth information and guidance

Negotiate deals between buyers, sellers, or tenants with professionalism and accuracy

Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and follow up consistently

Establish a strong network of property listings through developers, landlords, and other agents

Stay informed about market trends, pricing, and legal property procedures
-
Advertise listings on digital platforms, listing services, and social media to attract prospects

Maintain accurate documentation of all real estate transactions

Support clients throughout the entire property transaction process

Foster long-term relationships to generate repeat and referral business
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or in a similar sales role

Deep understanding of Dubai’s property market trends and dynamics

Strong negotiation and communication skills

Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently or in a team

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software

Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle (preferred)
Educational Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred)
