Job Overview:
Al Burraq Real Estate is seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate Sales Agent to join its growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing property transactions, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity based in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the buying, selling, or renting process.

  • Property Listings: Manage property listings, write engaging descriptions, and conduct market evaluations.

  • Viewings & Showings: Arrange and conduct property viewings while providing detailed property insights.

  • Market Analysis: Stay updated on real estate trends, pricing strategies, and regulations.

  • Negotiation & Sales Closure: Support clients in negotiations and ensure a smooth closing process.

  • Lead Generation: Actively seek out potential clients through networking, online platforms, and referrals.

  • Customer Service: Provide excellent client service with timely responses and clear communication.

  • Sales Goals: Meet or exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales or a related field.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

  • Strong understanding of Dubai’s real estate market, property laws, and documentation.

  • Valid real estate license (if required).

  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office.

  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented team player.
