OME Real Estate is seeking a Real Estate Recruiter to join its growing team in Dubai. This role is focused on sourcing, hiring, and developing top real estate talent while building the company’s reputation as a leading employer in the property industry. The recruiter will manage the entire recruitment cycle, conduct evaluations, and contribute to innovative strategies for team growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, attract, and hire qualified real estate agents.

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial sourcing to onboarding.

• Conduct monthly performance evaluations for new hires.

• Develop and implement creative strategies to drive team growth.

• Strengthen the employer brand and maintain industry presence.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within real estate.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proactive, self-driven, and independent work approach.

• Must be based in Dubai and available to work on-site at Business Bay.

• Fluency in Turkish is an advantage.
