What You’ll Do:
As a Real Estate Partner Manager, you will play a critical role in working directly with real estate agents to close high-value deals. Using Realiste’s advanced platform, you’ll distribute offers, ensure smooth deal execution, and cultivate long-term client relationships. This role combines both sales and relationship management to drive success in real estate transactions.
Key Responsibilities:

Close deals: Achieve 20+ deals per month in collaboration with real estate agents.

Market offers: Proactively distribute offers to maximize market visibility and engagement.

Nurture relationships: Build and maintain long-term client relationships with UAE-based real estate agents.

Support deal execution: Ensure smooth and efficient closing of deals, providing full support from start to finish.

CRM management: Maintain clean CRM data, ensuring no unprocessed or forgotten leads.
Expected Outcomes (First 3 Months):

Close deals: Consistently close 20+ deals per month.

Reach clients: Contact 500 potential clients monthly.

Network growth: Build and maintain a network of 150 active realtors.

Low rejection rate: Keep rejection rates below 5% for contacted clients.

Zero backlog: Ensure there’s no backlog of unprocessed leads in CRM.
Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 1 year of real estate experience in the UAE, including in-person property deals.

Sales expertise: Proven ability to close deals and manage relationships effectively.
