Job Title: Real Estate Operations Coordinator

They are now hiring a Real Estate Operations Coordinator to support cross-functional administrative and operational workflows across finance, sales, and client services. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on structure, accuracy, and collaboration—keeping internal systems in sync while ensuring exceptional client support.
Who You Are:
You are a highly organized and proactive professional with the ability to manage multiple workflows efficiently. You excel in coordinating between departments, ensuring records are up to date, transactions are tracked, and processes run smoothly from deal closure to handover.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage commission processes for both internal team members and external broker networks.

Record and process payments via multiple channels, including e-portals, credit cards, and post-dated cheques (PDCs).

Review bank statements and align financial tracking using ERP systems and digital records.

Prepare reservation forms and upload documentation to initiate commission and payment cycles.

Coordinate with finance to store, organize, and maintain invoice records across shared platforms.

Prepare and print Sales and Purchase Agreements (SPAs) and manage documentation through the ERP.

Handle cheque operations: issue, withdraw, hold, or refund using the matrix cheque system.

Draft formal letters for OQOOD registration and Land Department requirements.

Assist with utility activations (e.g., DEWA) and client support during handovers.

Maintain availability reports and sales booking updates across all active projects.

Draft agency and ROI agreements, and manage broker onboarding documentation.

Enter FGR payments and sales bookings accurately into ERP systems.

Support client communications, answer inquiries, and issue allocation letters as needed.

Education & Qualifications:

Minimum of 3–5 years in real estate administration or operations, preferably with a property developer.

Demonstrated expertise in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong knowledge of process optimization and team coordination.
-
Familiarity with Dubai’s real estate laws, DLD procedures, and developer workflows is an advantage.
