Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute targeted marketing strategies for various buyer segments—investors, renters, and end-users.

Manage high-quality property listings on Slice’s platform, showcasing compelling visuals, features, and benefits.

Analyze Dubai’s real estate market trends—track pricing, rental yields, and demand across key neighborhoods.

Collaborate with digital teams to launch data-driven SEO, PPC, and social media campaigns.

Use analytics to evaluate property performance and provide actionable insights for investment strategy and marketing optimization.

Work closely with product, acquisition, and customer success teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Real Estate, or Data Analytics.

5+ years of experience in real estate marketing or data analytics in Dubai.

Solid understanding of Dubai’s real estate landscape—residential, commercial, and off-plan sectors.

Skilled in marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager) and analytics tools (Tableau, Power BI).

Strong communication and branding abilities to elevate Slice’s market presence.
