Slice is on the lookout for a Real Estate Marketing & Analytics Coordinator who’s ready to disrupt how real estate is marketed, analyzed, and positioned in Dubai’s high-growth market. In this hybrid role, you’ll combine marketing innovation with data-driven insights to attract investors, renters, and end-users while ensuring maximum property visibility and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute targeted marketing strategies for various buyer segments—investors, renters, and end-users.

  • Manage high-quality property listings on Slice’s platform, showcasing compelling visuals, features, and benefits.

  • Analyze Dubai’s real estate market trends—track pricing, rental yields, and demand across key neighborhoods.

  • Collaborate with digital teams to launch data-driven SEO, PPC, and social media campaigns.

  • Use analytics to evaluate property performance and provide actionable insights for investment strategy and marketing optimization.

  • Work closely with product, acquisition, and customer success teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Real Estate, or Data Analytics.

  • 5+ years of experience in real estate marketing or data analytics in Dubai.

  • Solid understanding of Dubai’s real estate landscape—residential, commercial, and off-plan sectors.

  • Skilled in marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager) and analytics tools (Tableau, Power BI).

  • Strong communication and branding abilities to elevate Slice’s market presence.
