Queen Of Sands is seeking a Real Estate Executive Agent to join Dubai’s luxury property market. The role involves managing premium property portfolios, building strong relationships with international and VIP clients, and closing high-value transactions across Dubai’s prime districts.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage property sales and client portfolios in Dubai’s luxury market.

Handle company-provided leads and convert them into sales.

Generate new business through networking, marketing, and personal branding.

Present, promote, and negotiate property offers confidently.

Stay updated on Dubai’s real estate market trends and off-plan launches.

Use CRM systems and digital tools to manage and expand client relationships.

Collaborate with management to exceed monthly KPIs.
Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum 2 years of proven real estate experience.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Fluent in English; Arabic highly preferred (other languages like Hindi or Urdu are a plus).

Experience with off-plan property sales is highly valued.

Highly motivated, professional, and performance-driven.

Valid UAE driving license and ability to attend client meetings independently.
