Job Title: Real Estate Operations & CRM Assistant

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Operations & CRM Assistant to support our Dubai office operations.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update property listings in the internal CRM system (amoCRM)

Monitor and manage lead data, overdue tasks, and team assignments

Provide administrative support to brokers and new joiners
-
Keep training materials up to date in Notion
-
Manage listings on Propertyfinder and Bayut, including direct coordination with portal managers

Assist with real estate forms and contracts: A&A, Form F, A Contracts, and ad permits

Publish relevant articles in specialized platforms like Zen

Oversee utility payment tracking and reporting

Participate in internal content creation using tools like GPT
Requirements:

Fluency in Russian and English (spoken and written)

Proficiency with CRM systems (amoCRM preferred), Notion, MS Office, Google Docs

Basic knowledge of PDF editing and AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT)
-
Strong organizational skills with the ability to work both independently and in a team

Interest or experience in the Dubai real estate market is a plus
