5 Stars Real Estate is seeking an experienced Real Estate Consultant (Off Plan) to assist clients in buying, selling, and letting residential properties in Dubai. The role involves property valuations, client meetings, negotiations, and managing the sales process from initial inquiry to deal closure. The Consultant will maintain market knowledge, generate new business, and liaise with banks, developers, and other agencies.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle purchase, sale, and rental of off-plan residential properties.

• Collect property information and arrange marketing materials.

• Conduct property valuations and attend viewings.

• Negotiate with buyers, tenants, sellers, and landlords.

• Monitor sales and lets with Sales Progression and Home Move teams.

• Follow up with clients after each viewing.

• Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends.

• Generate new business through database and networking.

• Liaise with banks, mortgage consultants, surveyors, and other real estate agencies.

Skills & Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in off-plan property sales.

• Excellent English communication skills; fluency in Arabic, French, Russian, or Persian is advantageous.

• Professional, presentable, and honest with strong networking skills.

• Positive, hard-working, and punctual with a strong work ethic.

• Team player with high interpersonal skills.

• Smart business attire at all times.

• UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred.
