Role Overview:
Kalinka Middle East is seeking experienced and motivated Real Estate Consultants to join its growing Dubai-based team. This is a full-time, on-site, commission-based role, ideal for professionals passionate about real estate who excel in sales and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships while assisting with property purchases, sales, and investments.

• Represent and promote high-end properties in Dubai’s luxury market.

• Provide expert advice and market insights to clients.

• Conduct negotiations and close high-value real estate transactions.

• Stay informed about Dubai’s property market trends and developments.

• Collaborate closely with the internal sales and marketing team to achieve company targets.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Dubai’s Off-Plan or Secondary Market, or a solid background in sales.

• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

• Area specialization within Dubai is preferred.

• A driven, results-oriented mindset with a passion for luxury real estate.
