Role Overview:
This full-time, on-site position as a Real Estate Consultant at Patriot Real Estate in Dubai involves assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting properties, conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, and providing exceptional customer service. You’ll be expected to stay informed on real estate trends, market conditions, and new projects to offer the best advice and service to your clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct property tours, attend open houses, and market properties effectively.

  • Proactively seek new clients and engage potential leads through various channels.

  • Match clients with suitable properties based on their needs, preferences, and budget.

  • Negotiate rental and sales terms, and successfully close deals.

  • Offer consultation on market conditions, pricing, and property-related matters.

  • Keep up to date with local real estate trends, pricing, and new developments.

  • Perform comparative market analysis to estimate property values accurately.

  • Build and maintain a professional network with developers, lenders, and other key stakeholders.

  • Regularly update property listings and ensure all marketing materials are current.

  • Acquire and maintain exclusive property listings, aiming for a target of at least 2 new properties per week.

  • Address client inquiries regarding contracts, sale, or rental terms.

  • Effectively manage daily tasks and meet targets through our company’s platform.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • At least 1 year of real estate experience (preferably in Dubai).

  • Fluency in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, French, Spanish, or Mandarin are a plus.

  • Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.

  • Experience in customer service and sales is highly desirable.

  • In-depth knowledge of real estate trends, property values, and regulations.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

  • Confident, positive attitude with a professional approach.

  • A valid driving license and personal vehicle are advantageous.
