Role Overview

Area Experts is seeking ambitious and knowledgeable Real Estate Consultants to join our growing team in Dubai. This is a commission-based opportunity designed for driven professionals who are passionate about real estate sales and client advisory.

In this role, you will guide clients through the buying, selling, and leasing of residential and commercial properties, providing expert market insights and delivering bespoke real estate solutions within the UAE’s competitive property market.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth market research to identify property opportunities and investment prospects

• Advise clients on buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties in Dubai

• Provide professional guidance on market trends, pricing, and investment potential

• Prepare and present property proposals, CMA reports, and financial summaries

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, landlords, and industry partners

• Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure the best outcomes for clients

• Coordinate property viewings, inspections, and transaction closings

• Ensure compliance with UAE real estate laws, regulations, and best practices

Candidate Requirements

• Prior experience as a Real Estate Consultant is preferred

• Strong understanding of Dubai’s real estate market, property valuation, and regulations

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

• Client-focused mindset with a consultative sales approach

• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven personality

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage

• UAE driving license is preferred
