Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties.

• Conduct property showings, open houses, and client meetings to identify needs and present suitable options.

• Prepare detailed market analyses and property evaluations to guide clients in making informed decisions.

• Negotiate and close deals while ensuring all documentation meets UAE real estate regulations.

• Maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and personalized service.

• Stay updated on the latest market trends, property laws, and developer offerings.

• Collaborate with internal teams to manage listings, marketing, and lead generation effectively.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of UAE real estate and property markets.

• Proven sales and negotiation abilities with a client-centric mindset.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.

• Familiarity with Dubai Land Department (DLD) processes and RERA regulations is an advantage.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.

• Multilingual abilities are a plus (Arabic, English, or other languages).

• Prior experience in real estate or investment consulting is highly desirable.
