DUR Real Estate LLC is seeking a Real Estate Brokerage Administrator to join our dynamic team in Dubai. This is a full-time hybrid position, offering a blend of office-based work and remote flexibility. The role is ideal for a highly organized and customer-focused individual with strong experience in real estate administration, property management, and lettings.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily administrative operations to ensure smooth functioning of the brokerage office.

Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and supporting property-related transactions.

Assist with property management tasks, lettings coordination, and maintenance of property records.

Support the sales and leasing team with document preparation, property listings, and marketing activities.

Maintain and update client databases and CRM systems.

Ensure compliance with Dubai real estate laws and regulations.

Prepare and manage contracts, tenancy agreements, and related legal documentation.

Coordinate with agents, property owners, and tenants to facilitate efficient property management services.
Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in property management, lettings, and real estate administration in Dubai.

Proficiency in MS Office applications and real estate CRM systems.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail.

Preferred Candidate:
