We are looking for an experienced and driven Real Estate Broker to join our high-performing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate is passionate about real estate, highly skilled in negotiation, and has a solid understanding of the UAE property market.

As a Real Estate Broker, you will manage the full sales and leasing process, from lead engagement to deal closure, while delivering exceptional client service and maintaining ethical, long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up on leads provided by the company and convert them into successful transactions.

• Build and nurture client relationships to grow a sustainable customer base.

• Conduct market analysis to provide clients with accurate pricing and investment guidance.

• Present and show properties to prospective buyers and renters, highlighting key features and benefits.

• Negotiate sale or lease terms between clients, ensuring win-win outcomes.

• Coordinate with legal, mortgage, and administrative teams to facilitate smooth closings.

• Stay up to date with Dubai real estate laws, trends, and RERA regulations.

• Create and execute marketing strategies to promote listings through digital, print, and social channels.

• Maintain detailed records of client communications, leads, and transactions.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Real Estate Broker or Agent in Dubai.

• In-depth knowledge of the UAE property market, laws, and real estate practices.

• Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

• Strong negotiation and interpersonal communication skills.

• Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.

• Valid RERA Broker License or willingness to obtain one.

• Fluency in English; other languages are a plus.
