Role Overview

We are looking for a fluent Russian and English-speaking Real Estate Broker to join our Dubai office. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for property and sales, driven to succeed in a dynamic, international environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide clients through property investments, financing, and market insights

• Help clients make informed buying, selling, or rental decisions

• Build and maintain relationships with clients and industry professionals

• Ensure compliance with UAE real estate regulations and company policies

• Draft, review, and manage contracts and other legal documents with accuracy

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of experience in real estate

• Strong negotiation and closing skills

• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities

• Fluent in Russian and English

• Knowledge of the UAE property market is an advantage
