As a Real Estate Broker, you will play a key role in facilitating transactions, advising clients, and closing successful deals in Dubai’s thriving property market.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Provide expert guidance to clients on property investments, market trends, and financing options.
✅ Assist buyers, sellers, and renters in making informed decisions based on their goals.
✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate professionals, including agents, lenders, attorneys, and inspectors.
✅ Ensure all transactions comply with legal and company regulations.
✅ Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts, leases, and legal documents with attention to detail.
✅ Stay updated on Dubai’s real estate laws, trends, and competitive market conditions.

Qualifications & Skills

📌 At least 6 months of experience in real estate with a proven track record.
📌 Strong negotiation skills and a history of closing successful deals.
📌 Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
📌 Fluent in Russian, Czech, and English (mandatory).
📌 Must be currently based in the UAE.
