This full-time, on-site Real Estate Broker role in Dubai involves handling property transactions, building strong client relationships, understanding real estate market trends, and offering expert advice to buyers and sellers. The broker will also be responsible for marketing properties, negotiating contracts, and ensuring a seamless experience for clients throughout the buying and selling process.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end property transactions.

• Liaise with buyers, sellers, and investors to understand requirements.

• Provide expert advice on real estate opportunities and market conditions.

• Maintain strong client relationships and deliver exceptional service.

• Market real estate properties using online and offline channels.

• Negotiate terms and finalize property contracts.

• Stay updated on market trends, regulations, and property developments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in Real Estate Brokerage.

• Strong background in sales and customer service (real estate preferred).

• Good understanding of UAE/Dubai real estate laws, regulations, and market trends.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in real estate/property management software (preferred).

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field (preferred).

• UAE Real Estate license or willingness to obtain one.
