Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and recommend properties that align with clients’ preferences and investment goals.

• Conduct and coordinate property viewings while delivering professional advice and support during negotiations and deals.

• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through consistent communication and follow-up.

• Stay updated with Dubai’s property trends and market opportunities to better serve client needs.

• Meet and exceed sales targets through effective negotiation and closing techniques.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in real estate sales, preferably in Dubai’s property or luxury real estate market.

• Strong knowledge of Dubai’s real estate trends and regulatory environment.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and passionate about property sales.

• Must be currently residing in Dubai with valid local experience.
