Key Responsibilities:

• Represent buyers, sellers, and renters in residential and commercial real estate transactions across Dubai.

• Conduct property viewings, offer investment advice, and guide clients through the buying/leasing process.

• Generate leads through networking, referrals, social media, and property listings.

• Negotiate deals and manage documentation to ensure a seamless closing process.

• Stay updated on Dubai’s real estate trends, communities, and legal processes.

• Deliver outstanding customer service to build long-term client relationships and repeat business.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in real estate sales or a strong background in sales/business development.

• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

• Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with a results-oriented approach.

• Familiarity with the Dubai real estate market is preferred.

• Valid UAE driving license and access to own vehicle is advantageous.

• Must be currently based in the UAE.
