Your Responsibilities

• Assist buyers, sellers, and tenants in making informed real estate decisions

• Generate leads, conduct property viewings, and manage client relationships

• Provide expert guidance on luxury, off-plan, secondary, and rental property transactions

• Prepare and present property listings, market evaluations, and sales proposals

• Negotiate and close deals professionally and ethically

• Keep updated on market trends, legal regulations, and community developments

• Maintain records in CRM systems and coordinate with internal teams

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Dubai real estate preferred

• Strong closing and negotiation skills

• Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus)

• Solid understanding of Dubai property laws and transaction procedures

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and client-centric

• Strong knowledge of freehold, leasehold, and off-plan developments

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Familiarity with CRM systems and digital marketing tools
