HP Commercial Brokers is a growing real estate firm based in Dubai, currently expanding into off-plan, commercial, and secondary sales. We are seeking experienced and motivated Real Estate Brokers to join our team and drive our continued success in Dubai’s dynamic property market.

This full-time, on-site role is perfect for individuals who are confident deal-makers, skilled in negotiation, and passionate about delivering high-quality service in every client interaction. If you have at least one year of real estate experience and a strong network, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties

• Manage brokerage operations and property listings

• Build strong client relationships and maintain ongoing communication

• Generate and nurture your own leads and landlord connections through referrals and networking

• Provide accurate property advice and market knowledge

• Guide clients through the sales/rental process and close deals effectively

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the Dubai real estate market

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills

• Strong knowledge of Dubai property trends and legal regulations

• Proven track record in brokerage or sales

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, commission-based environment

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field (preferred)

• Must have own leads and ability to generate new business independently
